About Me

I identify myself as a multifaceted woman of color, who is passionate about wellness and community building. I’ve found fullness in facilitating healing within marginalized communities, fostering safe spaces for creativity to flourish, and honoring and accepting all parts of the self; the celebrated and “less acceptable” parts alike.

In all aspects of my work, I wholeheartedly believe that through Authenticity, Vulnerability and Action – you can construct the life YOU want, and deserve.

My Background + Approach

I received a masters in Social Work from New York University, with a specialization in mental health treatment and addiction intervention.
