Therapy can be scary, as it is an intimate connection with someone new. Relax! It’s the safest place to be nervous, and a place created for you to care for yourself. Let that be of comfort to you!
What other ways can we engage, outside of a therapeutic partnership?
A large part of my work is community oriented – for us, by us is a motto that I hold dear. I hold various community events and discussions, and would love to see you there!
Do you accept insurance?
I am currently on several major insurance panels (United, BCBS, Oxford, Aetna etc. If I am out of network for you, I encourage you to reach out to discuss the sliding scale I offer clients with financial considerations.
What if I’m unsure about “a good fit”?
That’s completely normal – one way to approach it is to stay curious! Test out a few phone consultations with the therapists that catch your eye. Availability, personality, and approach are important things to consider.
