Treatment Services

If you’ve made it to this page – chances are you are interested in, and can benefit from therapy. Therapy can be beneficial for any state of mind! Crisis, or no crisis; great friends, or not so great friends. Think of therapy as a tune-up. Why wait until your car breaks down, to make sure all the parts are working?

Our work together is simply the road to your goals – we get there by exploring various avenues: your past, present, relationships, career, physical health and more. In both group therapy and individual therapy, I sit alongside my clients as we navigate our way to a healthier you!

INDIVIDUAL PRACTICE: In my individual practice, I usually meet with clients once every other week, once per week or multiple times per week if needed. We work collaboratively to find your unique path for healing – aiming to increase joy, connection to self, and wellness. I utilize active listening, feedback and exploratory questions to help you access acceptance and authenticity in the face of perfectionism, fear, and intimate relationships.

We may be a good fit if any of the following resonate with your current or past self…

I want to increase familiarity with my inner most self, passions and desires.

I am starting to question whether my current coping skills still work for me.

I am having trouble recognizing my innate worthiness, including self esteem, body image, inner voice.

I hope to better understand who I show up as when I’m angry, sad, or lonely.

I am unsure of the impact of stressors on my mood and mental health.

I want to unlearn unhealthy patterns and thoughts about myself.

I want to feel more connected to everyday life, not just getting out of bed for the purpose of working.

I have a desire to connect with people and change the world with creativity, passion and art.

I have a hard time connecting with others and accepting love.

I want to look at perfectionism, and its impact on my functioning.

I want to know why some of my relationships don’t go the way that I expect.

I apply a lot of pressure on myself.
